I’m Chris Hardy.
I help people live a more fulfilling and satisfying life. Perhaps you're looking to reduce stress, become more present, or maybe it's about creating more meaningful and deeper relationships.
Our world can be confusing and challenging. That’s why I combine my facilitation and coaching with embodiment practices. Either in a workshop, on retreat, or in a 1-1 setting our work is physical, practical and purposeful.
Home is the wonderful city of Bristol, UK. This summer I'm offering 1-1 work where we go Into the Wild together.
The three main benefits of an embodied approach:
You will feel less anxious - life can be uncertain and unpredictable. Working together helps reduce stress by giving you a clear decision making process, and various physical practices and techniques that will help reduce the level of anxiety you hold in your body.
You will make better decisions - and with more confidence. Together we figure out what your values and priorities are, and the direction that you really want to head. This helps you narrow down the decision making process into a more obvious, meaningful and simple method.
Enjoy yourself in the process - none of it would be worth it if you weren’t enjoying yourself in the process. Let’s recognise the importance of ease, joy and flow in your work and life. We’ll work in ways of relating to yourself, the world and those around you in easy and joyful ways.

Curious about working together? Here’s the process
Step 1. A short, simple and non-salesly conversation where we get to know each other and can ask anything we like. 20 mins via phone. Book that below
Step 2. A longer conversation (preferably in person) investigating current issues and challenges and wondering together whether I’m the right person to help you. 90 mins in person if possible.
Step 3. Once the direction is agreed we dive in with coaching sessions giving you new tools, methods and approaches to life and work. This usually begins with a 1 day immersive session followed by ongoing fortnightly or monthly calls.
Step 4. Programmes usually last three or six months, ideally the coaching continues to generate insight and forward momentum for you in your life and work. We agree on an end date and you continue with new tools and insights.
