A personal story
For nearly 15 years I've worked in corporate wellness, mens health, and personal coaching. I understand the importance of a healthy body and mind, and how this impacts performance across professional, romantic, personal, and family life.
I also know what it’s like to struggle with depression, and to use exercise to support mental health. I’ve written about this on my Substack. I’ve faced mental health challenges when going through failed IVF and infertility, divorce, and the suicide of a family member.
I’ve worked with 100s of men supporting them through some of the toughest transitions of their lives. Exercise has been an essential ingredient in their successful transformation, as it has been in mine.
I believe a healthy body and mind is your natural birthright. Together we can develop an approach to exercise that works for you because it encompasses three key pillars:
