and a resilient mind
You’re busy, I get it. Yet you also know how important your health is.
Not just physical health, but mental wellness too; an all round health that permeates out into your business, your relationships, your family.
A healthy body is essential for our sense of enjoyment and fulfilment in life. iIn today’s world too many of us live a sedentary life.
Let me help you bring more movement, balance, and joy back into your life.
Hit the trails, pain free…
Run faster, for longer, and injury free.
There is a surprising amount of technique to good running. Simple things that are easy to change and that will have an impact on your ability to run well. For example, look at number of steps per minute, or which part of the foot lands first.
Expert coaching, performance tracking, custom workouts that fit around busy schedules; it’s all possible with a little dedication and focus on learning how to run.
I teach a holistic approach to running technique; it’s not just about physical movements, it’s also mindset, emotional engagement, and even a spiritual connection to the land you’re running through.
Join me going ‘Into the Wild’, get fit while rekindling your love for the outdoors.

A personal story
For 15+ years I've been working with people as a teacher, trainer and certified coach. I've worked in corporate wellness sector, leadership development, and personal coaching. I understand the importance of a healthy body and how this impacts performance across professional, romantic, personal, and family life.
I also know what it’s like to struggle with depression, and to use exercise to support mental health. I’ve written about this on my Substack.
I believe a healthy body and mind is your natural birthright. Together we can develop an approach to exercise that works for you because it encompasses three key pillars:
consistency
enjoyment
practicality
